How To Create A Good Maintenance Ticket Click Here
- Gather all information needed for the support ticket, including any files (images, pdf's, spreadsheets, etc.) and attach them to the ticket.
- Confirm username and password are current on your profile
- If you are referencing a particular page please include the path that you got to the page and any screenshots that you have referencing the issue.
- Please be as descriptive as possible (ie.. image on category "blue pearls" on the bottom of the page is showing red "X")
- Make sure to put your most current or valid email address to be contacted from a support technician.
